Pursuant to Regulation 30, 33 & other applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Premier Explosives has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company have, at their meeting held today i.e., Tuesday, August 12, 2025, has considered, approved/recommended, and taken on record the following: Approval of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025. Unaudited Financial Results and a Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor is enclosed herewith as Annexure - I; Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of K V C Reddy & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, Hyderabad, as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The disclosures required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with Master Circular No. SEBIIHO/CFDIPoD2?CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure - II; etc.
