GRM Overseas has received approval for the formation of wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the company in United Arab Emirates (UAE) to serve as a distribution and marketing hub for catering to customers in the UAE and nearby international markets, including trading, importing, exporting, and distribution of rice, food grains, and related food products. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on August 12, 2025 has approved the same.
As part of the PDS Group’s strategic initiative to augment profitability and address loss-making verticals, PDS has divested its entire stake in Grupo Sourcing, a step-down subsidiary incorporated in Bangladesh (Grupo Sourcing, BD), to its existing business head, Zamal Uddin Ahmed, and his family. Consideration received from such sale/disposal is approximately Rs 2.13 crore.
Greaves Cotton has acquired an additional approximate stake of 10% in Excel Controlinkage (Excel), a material subsidiary of the company, through the secondary route. Following this tranche, the company’s aggregate shareholding in Excel stands increased to 80%. NMDC has received approval for the proposal of incorporation of a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in International Financial Service Centre (IFSC), Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT), Gandhinagar, Gujarat, subject to approval of Ministry of Steel, DIPAM and any other authority as may be required. The Board of Directors of the Company in its 579th Meeting held on August 12, 2025 inter-alia approved the same.

Thermax will also provide after-sales services of alkaline electrolyser systems based on HydrogenPro's technology.
