Transrail Lighting gains on bagging new orders worth Rs 701 crore

Transrail Lighting is currently trading at Rs. 797.00, up by 8.40 points or 1.07% from its previous closing of Rs. 788.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 805.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 855.40 and Rs. 777.00 respectively. So far 1277265 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 855.40 on 13-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 375.05 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 855.40 and Rs. 751.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10677.38 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.12%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.87% and 15.02% respectively.

Transrail Lighting has bagged new orders totalling Rs 701 crore from both Indian and overseas clients, pushing its cumulative FY26 order inflow beyond Rs 2,300 crore. These orders include Transmission & Distribution (T&D) orders in international market as well as domestic orders in Civil and Pole & Lighting verticals.

Transrail Lighting is one of the leading Indian EPC companies with a primary focus on power transmission and distribution business and integrated manufacturing facilities for lattice structures, conductors, and monopoles.
