Agro Dutch Industries has received an approval for sale of substantial part of mushroom unit situated at Lalru, Punjab. The board of director at its meeting held on September 28, 2013 has approved for the same.

The board approved sale of entire Can unit situated at village Bhagwanpur, Punjab. Besides, it has also approved for sale of entire Can making unit situated at Padalam sugar factory road, Pazhaynoor, P.O. District Kanchipuram in state of Tamil Nadu.

Agro Dutch Industries is the largest integrated mushroom company in the world. It is world’s largest integrated mushroom producer, with an average daily production of 125MT and is also India’s finest and largest food can maker.
