Nuvoco Vistas Corporation has raised Rs 600 crore through the allotment of 60,000 Unsecured, Redeemable, Listed, Rated Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, for cash, on a Private Placement basis. NCDs are listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of National Stock Exchange of India. Date of Maturity is September 18, 2028. The Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has on September 18, 2025, considered and approved allotment of the same.
