Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, Yatra Online has informed that Darpan Batra vide his letter dated August 14, 2025 read with letter dated September 12, 2025 has tendered his resignation as Company Secretary (CS), Compliance Officer (CO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) the Company with effect from close of business hours on September 22, 2025 due to his personal reasons and to pursue other growth opportunities outside the Company and the same has been accepted by the Company. The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the remarkable contribution made by Batra during his tenure of about 14 years with the Company and wishes him the very best in his future endeavours. The details as required under Schedule Ill - Para A(7C) of Part A of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are given in ‘Annexure A’ enclosed to this intimation and the copies of aforesaid letters are also enclosed as ‘Annexure B’.
