Century Plyboards (India) has informed that Balvinder Singh Sabherwal, Plant Head - Hoshiarpur and the Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the said post due to personal reasons. It is further informed that there is no other material reason for the resignation other than the reason mentioned above. The Company has accepted his resignation and his last working day with the Company will be 31st October, 2025. A copy of his resignation is also enclosed herewith. Brief details as required in terms of SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 are given in Annexure to this letter.
