Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, to consider and approve payment of interim dividend, if any, on Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year 2025-26.
