India Steel Works has informed that in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Prohibition of Insider Trading Code’), as adopted by the Board, the Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Senior Management Personnel and other designated persons and their Immediate Relatives with immediate effect from October 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2025. The date for convening the Board Meeting for declaring the Financial Results, will be intimated in due course.
