VMS TMT has debuted at Rs 105.00 on the BSE, up by 6 points or 6.06% from its issue price of Rs 99.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs. 101.00, up by 2 points or 2.02% from its previous closing of Rs. 99 on the BSE.
It has touched a high and low of Rs. 105.00 and Rs. 100.00 respectively. So far 5.80 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between September 17, 2025 and September 19, 2025 was subscribed 102.24 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 99 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 94-99 apiece.
VMS TMT is engaged in the business of manufacturing of TMT Bars and dealing into other steel items. It also generates revenue from the sale of allied products, including billets, binding wires, scrap, and other by-products arising during the manufacturing process of TMT Bars.
