Ceinsys Tech, Torrent Power and Lemon Tree Hotels to see some action today

Ceinsys Tech has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) for Appointment of Agency for Upgradation and Procurement of ESRI ArcGIS Software Products Enterprise Agreement at MMRDA amounting to Rs 15.95 crore excluding GST.

Torrent Power has acquired 11,95,110 equity shares of Newzone India (NZIPL) and 30,00,000 equity shares Newzone Power Projects (NZPPPL), holding company of NZIPL, of face value of Rs 10 each at a total consideration aggregating to Rs 211 crore representing 49% equity shares of NZIPL (51% of equity shares were already held by NZPPPL) and 100% equity shares of the NZPPPL from Sarawagi Family and related HUFs (the Seller) on September 23, 2025.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed two new properties - Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Varanasi and Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Rewa. Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Varanasi will be franchised under Lemon Tree Hotels and will feature 153 well-appointed rooms. Additionally, it will feature a restaurant, banquets, a conference room, a swimming pool, a fitness center and a spa along with other public areas. Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Rewa will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. It will feature 50 well-appointed rooms, two restaurants, a banquet hall, a swimming pool, along with other public areas.

Techknowgreen Solutions has been awarded a sub-contract work order amounting to Rs 1.26 crore excluding GST. This order was received from Anaya Consultancy Services for work with the primary client, Data Center Holdings India LLP. The work order pertains to obtaining Environmental Clearance (EC) along with Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the proposed Data Center project having Built-Up Area exceeding 1,50,000 sq. m., securing a Certified Compliance Report from the Regional Office, Nagpur, regularization and submission of pending Half-Yearly Compliance Reports, and further obtaining statutory approvals including Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) from the respective regulatory authorities.

Kings Infra Ventures has raised Rs 1.21 crore through the allotment of 12,150 Seventh tranche of Unlisted Secured redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,000 each. The Debenture Committee of the Company has, at its meeting held on September 23, 2025, allotted the same.

LKP Securities is intending to acquire 5,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at par aggregating to Rs 50 lakhs by way of subscribing to the rights issue of LKP IFSC, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. LKP IFSC engage in the business of broking as well Alternative Investment Fund at the gift city. The said acquisition is expected to be completed on or before October 7, 2025.
