With reference to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Clause 9 of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company, Insilco has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Insiders of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter/Half-year ended 30th September 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter/Half-year ended 30th September 2025 will be intimated separately. Insiders are advised not to carry out any transaction in the Shares of the Company during this period.
