Titagarh Rail Systems, Royal Orchid Hotels and Mach Conferences to see some action today

Titagarh Rail Systems (TRSL) has handed over the first indigenously built Diving Support Craft (DSC), DSC A20, to the Indian Navy. This vessel is the first in a series of five DSCs being constructed by TRSL under the Ministry of Defence’s Make in India initiative. The Diving Support Craft, built with a catamaran-type hull, is designed to support the Navy’s Command Clearance Diving Teams in critical underwater operations such as repair, maintenance and salvage of ships inside and around harbours.

Mach Conferences and Events (MCEL) has secured multiple significant contracts from a leading player in the cement industry and a prominent brand in the glass industry. These prestigious orders underscore the confidence in MCEL’s capabilities and mark a major milestone in the company’s expansion journey. The awarded projects, covering key destinations such as Prague and Vienna, will cater to approximately 900 participants and represent a total contract value of approximately Rs 14 crore. These projects are slated for execution in the Financial Year 2025-26. 

Biocon’s subsidiary -- Biocon Biologics has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval for Bosaya (denosumab-kyqq) 60 mg/mL injection for subcutaneous use in a single dose prefilled syringe (PFS), and Aukelso (denosumab-kyqq) 120 mg/1.7 mL (70 mg/mL) injection for subcutaneous use in a single-dose vial, biosimilars of Prolia and Xgeva respectively. In addition, the U.S. FDA granted provisional interchangeability designation for both BOSAYA and AUKELSO.

Cochin Shipyard (CSL) has signed a contract with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for Dry dock/ Major Lay-up repairs of one of its Jack Up Rig. The estimated contract value is around Rs 200 crore and the estimated duration for the project is around 12 months.

Craftsman Automation has invested Rs 42,000 in the equity shares of Event Green Power (EGPPL). The shareholding of the company in the equity shares of EGPPL will be 1.91%. Investment made is as per the Electricity Act, 2003 and for the purpose of the purchase of solar power under the Group Captive Scheme. The entity is engaged in the business of Generation and transmission of power. No entity is acquired through the investment.
