Shyama Computronics and Services has informed that pursuant to the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window (i.e. period to deal in the securities of the Company) will remain closed from 1st October, 2025, till the end of 48 (working) hours after the conclusion of the Board meeting wherein the approval of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025. Pursuant to the SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124, the Company has designated National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) as the designated Depository Participant of the Company for restricting trading by Designated Persons (DPs) by freezing PAN at security level in compliance with the above circular. The date of the Board Meeting shall be informed in due course.
