Agarwal Fortune India has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Designated Employees, Connected Persons, and their Immediate Relatives from Wednesday, 1st October, 2025. The trading window will remain closed till 48 hours after the dissemination of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ending on 30th September 2025. The date of the Board meeting for the approval of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ending on 30th September 2025, will be intimated in due course. All Directors, Designated Employees, Connected Persons, and their Immediate Relatives of the Company are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window.
