Dr. Reddy’s, HCL Technologies and RailTel Corporation to see some action today

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories has launched the novel molecule ‘Tegoprazan’, for acid-related gastrointestinal diseases in India. Dr. Reddy’s launches Tegoprazan (50 mg) under the brand name PCAB. Tegoprazan is a next-generation potassium-competitive acid blocker. It is indicated for the treatment of acid peptic diseases (APD) such as Erosive Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), Non-Erosive Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (NERD) and Gastric Ulcer.

RailTel Corporation of India has received the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Bihar State Educational Infrastructure Development Corporation for Development of hybrid Smart Classroom and ICT Lab at different Colleges and University in Bihar under PM-USHA Scheme. The estimated size of Order as per LOA is Rs 57.49 crore. 

S.J.S. Enterprises (SJS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with BOE Varitronix (BOEVX), Hong Kong, to collaborate for manufacture of Automotive Displays in India. The MoU envisages transfer of technology by BOEVX to SJS for setting up assembly and optical bonding of display screens, including localization of cover glass and backlight units for the Four-wheeler automotive market in India. Subject to successful feasibility study and grant of necessary approvals, the arrangement may be formalized through a Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) or a Joint Venture between both parties. 

Krystal Integrated Services (KISL) has secured a significant three-year contract valued at approximately Rs 168 crore by the Director of Medical Education (DME), Government of Andhra Pradesh. The mandate covers the provision of sanitation (housekeeping) services across hospitals and medical institutions under DME’s Zone-I, which includes Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Parvathipuram Manyam, Alluri Sitaramaraju, Visakhapatnam, Anakapalli, Kakinada, Konaseema, and East Godavari districts.

Roto Pump has received major sales order from GPS Renewables for Supply of Progressive Cavity Pumps along with supervision support. Supply to be completed during the current financial year. Broad consideration or size of the order(s)/contract(s) is Rs 7.25 crore (Exclusive of GST).

Insolation Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Insolation Green Energy has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, namely NRJG Green Infra on September 16, 2025. NRJG Green Infra has been incorporated as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for the purpose of setting up solar power plants.
