Zydus Lifesciences, RRP Defense and Lloyds Engineering Works to see some action today

ZyVet Animal Health, a leader in affordable generic pharmaceuticals for animals, a wholly owned subsidiary of Zydus Pharmaceuticals (USA) Inc., itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Zydus Lifesciences, a global innovation led healthcare company, has released the first FDA-approved generic of phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride tablets, a trusted treatment for managing urinary incontinence in dogs. This latest product underscores ZyVet’s mission to bring trusted, high-quality, and cost-effective therapies to veterinary professionals across the United States. Phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride is commonly prescribed to treat urinary incontinence in dogs due to urethral sphincter hypotonus. 

RRP Defense has received the Letter of Intent from Kalyani Strategic Systems, for 40 units of Hand-held Thermal Imager PR110 MF, including an immediate requirement of 14 units to be supplied by the end of the financial year 2025-26. Further, the letter of intent as received from them also includes the supply of 26 additional units of Hand-held Thermal Imager PR110 MF, expected to be completed by the end of the financial year 2026-27. The price per unit shall be Rs 7 lakh which shall aggregate to 2.80 lakh. 

Lloyds Engineering Works (LEWL) has entered into strategic partnership with CEMI Process Optimization Brazil and CEMI Process Optimization LLC. The company shall represent CEMI in the Indian Market promoting and selling CEMI’s all products and services, including software solutions and specialized equipments for process of optimization. Lloyds Engineering brings deep project execution, engineering design, and industrial integration experience, while CEMI contributes world-class digital process optimization tools. Lemon Tree Hotels has signed new property - Lemon Tree Hotel, Gaya, Bihar. This property shall be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. Lemon Tree Hotel, Gaya, Bihar will feature 56 well-appointed rooms, restaurants, a banquet, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a fitness center and a spa along with other public areas. 

GHV Infra Projects has completed the incorporation process of its wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘GHV Infra FZ-LLC’ in Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, UAE. GHV Infra FZ-LLC has been incorporated to carry out the business activities from RAS Al Khaimah Economic Zone, and since it has not yet started its business activities there is no impact on the business of the company as on date. 

Somany Ceramics has invested Rs 30 crore in Somany Max (SMPL), Subsidiary of the Company, towards the acquisition of equity shares by way of rights issue. The objective of the investment is to address its future cash flow requirements towards loan repayment obligations and capital expenditure of the plant.
