Saurabh Chandra’s unexpected demise will be an irreparable loss to the Company. All the Directors and employees express their deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his bereaved family. The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Master Circular issued vide circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure-A.
