Cosmic CRF has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 read Part A of the Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (including any modification(s) / amendment(s) / re-enactment(s) thereto), the Company is making the disclosure of setting up of plant manufacturing forging components under greenfield project by M/s. Cosmic Springs & Engineers Limited, (CSEL) subsidiary company of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Friday, 23rd May, 2025 has approved the proposed investment by CSEL, its subsidiary. CSEL shall set up the manufacturing plant subject to completion of necessary regulatory formalities and approval of its shareholders. The details of said upcoming project are provided in Annexure A.
