Happy Forgings has informed that in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, circulars issued by the stock exchanges and Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and reporting of trading by insiders, the Trading Window will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st October, 2025 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to be convened for the aforesaid purpose will be intimated in due course.
