Zen Technologies has informed that, the Company has transferred 2,500 equity shares of face value of ? 1/- each, to the eligible employees of the Company, to whom the grants were issued earlier under Zen Technologies Employee Stock Option Plan-2021 (‘the Scheme’), from Zen Technologies Employees Welfare Trust, established for the purpose of implementing the scheme, upon completion of respective vesting period as may be applicable as per the scheme. Further, the company has confirmed that the above allotted shares shall rank with the existing equity shares of the Company and there is no change in the paid-up share capital of the Company subsequent to the above-mentioned transfer. The details as required to be disclosed pursuant to Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, are given as ‘Annexure-A’.
