Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Transcorp International has informed that Brickwork Ratings (Credit Rating Agency) has reviewed the credit rating in respect of Bank Loan facilities & Fixed Deposits facilities of the company. However, the Company does not accept the revised ratings, as they do not adequately reflect the Company’s financial performance and recent strategic developments. Accordingly, the Company has approached the Grievance Redressal Committee of the Credit Rating Agency.
