Zensar Technologies has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, on September 16, 2025, approved the allotment of 37,180 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to the employee(s), against the exercise of ESOPs, earlier granted to them. Consequently, on September 16, 2025, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 454,666,362 divided into 227,333,181 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
