Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations, Varun Beverages has informed that pursuant to resignation of Rajesh Kumar (Senior Management Personnel), he has been relieved from duties with effect from September 15, 2025 (last working day). Copy of the resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure - I. The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is also enclosed as Annexure - II.
