Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation has informed that pursuant to IRCTC’s ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating & Reporting Trading by Designated Persons & their Immediate Relatives’ and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, October 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company, in which Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025 would be considered, shall be intimated in due course. During the closure of Trading Window, insiders have been advised not to deal in the shares of IRCTC.
