Aimco Pesticides has informed that the Board of Directors of Aimco Pesticides at its meeting held on Monday, September 15, 2025 which commenced at 3.00 pm and concluded at 03:30 pm, held at Aimco House, Akhand Jyoti, 8th Road, Santacruz East, Mumbai 400055, discussed, considered and approved the following business item: The appointment of Tarlika Pradeep Dave (DIN: 02562665), aged 80 years, as a Non-Executive, Additional Director of the Company with effect from September 15, 2025; The Board has further recommended the appointment of Tarlika Pradeep Dave (DIN: 02562665) as a Non- Executive, Director, for the term of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from September 15, 2025 till September 14, 2030, based on the recommendations of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and her appointment will be placed for approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting. Tarlika Pradeep Dave was not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
