Anjani Portland Cement has informed that as per the Code of Conduct formulated by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors, Designated Persons and Connected Persons of the Company from October 01, 2025 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the publication of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2025 to the public (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Directors, Designated Persons and Connected Persons of the Company have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
