Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, RMC Switchgears has informed that, Anil Jain, Additional Director (Independent) of the Company and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, has resigned with effect from 24th September, 2025. Anil Jain has resigned as an Additional Director (Independent) from the Board of the Company due to other professional commitments. He has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than mentioned in his resignation letter. The resignation letter is enclosed as an Annexure-2. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed as Annexure-1.
