LN Industries India has entered into an agreement with Opus Builders and Developers for developing the land into layout and sell the plotted land to the prospective buyer. The earlier plan of the company to construct and sell individual villas has been dropped considering the current market situations. The board of directors at its meeting held on September 30, 2013 have approved for the same.
The board also approved to shift the existing manufacturing facilities at Plot No. 186, Second Phase, GIDC, Vapi to Plot No. 1/D, Survey No. 342/P, District Valsad in order to reduce the operating costs.
