In furtherance to letter dated September 17 ,2025 regarding intimation of Debenture Allotment Committee Meeting, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers has informed that the Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held today, approved and allotted 39,500 7.600/0 Listed, Rated, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Cumulative, Taxable, Non-Convertible Bonds in the nature of Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 395 crore on private placement basis as per the details given in Annexure A. The Meeting commenced at 10.00 am and concluded at 10:45 am.
