In terms of the Company's Code of conduct for prevention of insider trading in the securities of the company, framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, BF Investment has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for Designated Person and specified Connected Person of the Company to deal in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, October 1, 2025 till the end of 48 hours, after the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 become generally available.
