Andhra Cements has informed that in accordance with the Code for prevention of insider trading adopted by our company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading Window for the shares of the company will be closed from Wednesday 1st October, 2025 till 48 hours after the date of the declaration of our unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025 after their approval by the Board at its meeting, the date of which will be fixed and intimated in due course. Accordingly, Directors, and their immediate relatives, key management personnel, all the designated persons and other connected persons of our company have been advised not to enter in to any transactions involving the shares of the company during the above said Trading Window closure period.
