Mercury Laboratories has informed that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and as per Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Reporting of trading by Insiders, trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their relatives shall remain closed with effect from Wednesday, October 01, 2025. The trading window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
