India Pesticides has informed that the trading window for dealing in shares of India Pesticides Limited (the Company) for Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons shall remain closed from Wednesday, 01st October, 2025 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025. The date of Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time. Accordingly, all persons to whom the Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading of ‘India Pesticides Limited’ is applicable and also those persons to whom the said code is not applicable but who are in possession of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (either accidentally or otherwise) are hereby restricted from trading in shares of the Company during the period of Closure of Trading Window.
