Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities and Policy for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Electrotherm (India) has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, will remain closed with effect from 01st October, 2025 till 48 hours after the submission of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2025.
