Jaykay Enterprises has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of Jaykay Enterprises (the Company) will be closed with effect from Wednesday, October 01, 2025 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, circulars issued by the stock exchange and Company’s Insider Trading Policy. The Trading Window shall remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025.
