Tasty Bite Eatables has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Persons/ Connected Persons of the Company from 01 October, 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30 September, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of the aforesaid results will be intimated in due course.
