Ecoboard Industries has informed that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives(s) from 1st October 2025 till expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results for the half year ended 30th September 2025. Accordingly, all Designated Persons i.e. Directors, KMP’s, Designated Employees, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company have been advised not to trade in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September 2025 shall be intimated separately in due course.
