Granules India trades higher on the BSE

Granules India is currently trading at Rs. 516.35, up by 0.50 points or 0.10% from its previous closing of Rs. 515.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 515.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 524.90 and Rs. 511.10 respectively. So far 48817 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 627.45 on 03-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 412.05 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 546.50 and Rs. 511.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12576.31 crore.

Granules India’s wholly owned foreign subsidiary -- Granules Pharmaceuticals, Inc., is recalling over 49,000 bottles of Dextroamphetamine Saccharate, Amphetamine Aspartate Monohydrate, Dextroamphetamine Sulfate and Amphetamine Sulfate, extended-release capsules in multiple strengths due to failed impurities/degradation specifications.

The US-based arm of the company issued the Class III recall on August 28, 2025. As per the USFDA, a Class III recall is initiated in a situation in which use of, or exposure to, a violative product is not likely to cause adverse health consequences.

Granules India is manufacturer and supplier of pharmaceutical products. Its products include active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) like tablets, caplets, rapid release, pharmaceutical, formulation intermediates (PFI) and Finished Dosages (FDs).
