Anthem Biosciences has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company, will be closed for all the designated persons from October 1, 2025 until 48 hours after the Board Meeting for approval of financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2025. Accordingly, all the designated persons have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Trading window closure. The date of Board meeting in which the financial results are to be approved will be informed to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
