Bharat Petroleum Corporation has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of BPCL would remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives covered under the said Code from Wednesday, 1st October 2025 till 48 hours after the filing of financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025 with the stock exchanges. The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the said financial results will be intimated in due course.
