Ceinsys Tech, Tata Steel and Concord Enviro Systems to see some action today

Ceinsys Tech has received Work Orders from Maharashtra Remote Sensing Application Centre (MRSAC) for Detailed Soil Survey and Mapping under National Soil Mapping Programme (NSMP) for Gondia and part of Nashik District, Maharashtra, amounting to Rs 3.18 crore including GST. The Company is empaneled with MRSAC for Detailed Soil Survey and Mapping under NSMP.

Pursuant to extensive discussions, the Government of the Netherlands and the province of North-Holland, Tata Steel and Tata Steel Nederland (TSN) have agreed an intended framework for the integrated project in TSN and signed a non-binding Joint Letter of Intent (JLoI) for the first phase of transition to low CO2 steel production and to improve the healthy living environment around the IJmuiden site. The JLoI sets out the aims and objectives of the parties but is neither binding on the execution of the Projects or the Subsidy, nor with respect to any of the other commitments made herein by any of the Parties, with the exception of the commitment of the Parties on good faith negotiations towards a tailor-made agreement including the commitments related specifically to the period prior to the tailormade agreement.

Concord Enviro Systems’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Rochem Separation Systems (India) has acquired 100% of the equity share capital of Pathak Utility (PUPL). Consequently, PUPL has become step-down subsidiary of the Company. This acquisition has strategically aimed at strengthening and expanding the presence of Rochem Separation Systems (India) in the water treatment sector, especially the third party O&M business of the group.

Patel Retail has opened its 46th store - Patel’s R Mart - in Kalyan. Located in the Yogi Dham area, this marks the company’s 7th store in Kalyan, further consolidating its presence in one of the region’s fastest-growing suburban markets. The addition of this store strengthens Patel Retail’s retail footprint in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. By tapping into the strong consumer base of Kalyan, the company expects the outlet to generate healthy footfalls and incremental revenues. Dixon Technologies (India) has incorporated Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) company by name Dixon Electrocorp. The wholly owned subsidiary has been incorporated with an object to undertake manufacturing and dealing in, inter-alia, all kind of electronic related products including batteries, lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery, li-ion battery cell, Li-ion Cells for digital applications, battery pack and battery modules, related products, equipment and components thereof. 

Stanley Lifestyles has entered into the international market through a strategic agreement with Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC (Singer), a leading Sri Lankan consumer durables and furniture retail conglomerate. As part of this agreement, Stanley Lifestyles will launch its first international showroom in Colombo, Sri Lanka, marking a significant milestone in its growth journey. This showroom will showcase Stanley Lifestyles’ full range of premium and luxury home solutions under its flagship brands, providing Sri Lankan consumers with access to high-quality, design-led furniture and interior products. The company plans to open eight stores in the next three years in Sri Lanka.

Borana Weaves has commenced additional looms at Unit 4, three months ahead of the proposed December schedule. The total capex for Unit 4 shall be Rs 71.35 crore allocated from IPO proceeds and will house 348 state-of-the-art water jet looms with a production capacity of 112.75 million meters per annum (9.39 million meters per month). With the commencement of operations, 300 looms are already running at the Unit, while the remaining 48 water jet looms are expected to be operational by October 2025.
