Chartered Logistics has informed that 30th Annual General Meeting was started at 10.00 am and concluded at 11:55 am. Since it is a clerical mistake in writing conclusion time of the Meeting, the company resubmitted the outcome of Annual General Meeting. The company also resubmit the XBRL sheet of Scrutinizer’s Report for wrongly mentioned conclusion timing. The 30th Annual General meeting of the Company was held on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at registered office of the Company situated at A-409, Stellar, Opp. Arista, Sindhubhavan Road, Ahmedabad-380059 at 10:00 am to seek the approval of members of the Company on resolutions set out in the notice convening Annual General Meeting. Lalit Kumar Gandhi, Managing Director (Chairman) of the Company chaired the meeting. Thereafter he welcomed the shareholders of the company and the requisite quorum being present, he called the meeting to be in order.
