With refer to email dated 29th September, 2025 regarding the delay submission of the proceedings of the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held on Friday, 26th September, 2025, Pulsar International has informed that the delay in submitting the proceedings was due to inadvertent technical issues on uploading on the portal. They regret this unintentional delay and the inconvenience it may have caused. They assured that the Company has been diligent in adhering to the Listing Regulations and other applicable laws, and they will be more careful in the future to ensure prompt compliance.
