Pursuant to clarification issued by BSE vide circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019, Standard Capital Markets has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in Company’s securities shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) with effect from October 01, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial results for the Quarter and half Year ended 30th September, 2025 in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated person and immediate relatives of the designated persons. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025, will be intimated in due course. The aforementioned designated persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives are directed not to trade in securities of the company during the closure of trading period.
