Nukleus Office Solutions has informed that the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for the period from October 01, 2025 to till Forty-Eight (48) hours after the announcement/ declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for considering and approving the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, shall be intimated in due course. Accordingly, the Designated Persons shall also be intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
