Havells India has informed that In compliance of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 17th October, 2025, Friday, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half-year ended 30th September, 2025. With refer to the earlier Company intimation dated 22nd September, 2025, the Company has informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (‘the Code’), Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company, for persons specified under the Code, is closed since 1st October, 2025, Wednesday onwards. The Trading Window shall remain closed up to 48 hours after the aforesaid Board Meeting i.e. up to 19th October, 2025, Sunday (both days inclusive).
