Consequently, there shall be change in the composition of various committees of the board. The new composition of committees is enclosed herewith as Annexure -1. The information pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure 2. The letters of resignation received from Ms. Priya Rudra (DIN: 10765261) respectively are enclosed as Annexure 3.
