In compliance with Regulation 30 and Regulation 51 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), Capri Global Capital has informed that the Board at its meeting held today, October 04, 2025, has considered and approved the appointment of Monu Ratra as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, designated as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and forming part of the Senior Management, with effect from October 07, 2025. The appointment has been made with a focus on driving the Company’s medium-term growth plans and strengthening its leadership bandwidth to support the Company’s growth journey. Monu Ratra, CEO shall report to Rajesh Sharma, the Managing Director and Promoter of the Company. The details of the aforementioned appointment are set out in Annexure A. The aforesaid disclosures will also be made available on the Company’s website at www.capriloans.in. The Board Meeting commenced at 10:15 am and concluded at 12:00 noon.
