In continuation of earlier intimations to the Stock Exchange and the application for reclassification of certain promoters to the public category vide Case No. 157761 dated August 13, 2022, submitted with BSE, EFC (I) has informed that the Company has withdrawn the name of Niren Abhaykumar Jhaveri from the said application for reclassification filed with BSE under Regulation 31A(10) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as his name was inadvertently omitted in the Open Offer Letter. It is further clarified that the withdrawal is restricted only to Niren Abhaykumar Jhaveri, and that the remaining application for reclassification continues to remain valid and unaffected.
